Q: Can I preview the design before it is crafted?

A: Yes! For custom vow plaques and wedding certificates, our master artisans will send you a digital mockup via email for your approval within 24 to 48 hours after placing your order.

Q: What if my vows are too long to fit on the plaque?

A: If your text exceeds the standard limit, our design team will thoughtfully format or excerpt the most meaningful parts, and we will always consult with you via email before carving.

Q: What materials are used for ETCHVOW plaques?

A: Each piece is crafted using traditional Chinese copper-etching (Tongtuo) techniques, featuring a solid bronze-finished metal relief mounted in a premium, hand-selected solid walnut wood frame.

Q: Will the bronze fade or tarnish over time?

A: No. Our bronze plaques are treated with a specialized protective sealant designed to resist oxidation, ensuring your heirloom remains pristine and beautiful for generations to come.

Q: How long does it take to make and ship my custom order?

A: Because every piece is meticulously handcrafted in our mountain studio, production takes about 3 to 5 business days. Standard international shipping typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location.
